Baking like we're British

Recently, the girls and I watched some re-runs of British Bake Off Junior and they were making a traditional Victoria Sandwich. So Georgia decided to give it a go!

She baked her two cakes and then prepared her buttercream frosting to spread between the layers.

Next came a layer of strawberry jam.

On top goes a dusting of icing sugar (aka powdered sugar)

It was amazing!
