The Boat Race

We haven't watched The Boat Race in a couple of years, so we went to Bishop's Park to see Oxford and Cambridge battle it out this year.

It was a gorgeous day and we sat in the sun and watched the race on the big screen. There may or may not have been some Pimm's consumed! ;)

There was quite a crowd gathered to watch the finish, as Oxford beat Cambridge.

Easter Break Part 2

A trip to London is never complete without a trip to Borough Market.
And a trip to Borough Market is not complete without Raclette!

Sophia asked for a snack and then proceeded to eat an enormous bell pepper!

These yummy coconut treats are not to be missed!


After Borough Market, Kim and I ventured off to soak in some art at the Tate Modern.

We finished off our visit to the Tate Modern with a visit to the wine bar, and got to experience this glorious view of St. Paul's Cathedral across the Thames.

Easter Break

A Mother's Day pub lunch at our local, the Nightingale.

A trip to soak up some art at the National Gallery begins with sidewalk art in Trafalgar Square.

But first, bubbles and scones and clotted cream!

A tour of Covent Garden and a stop for refreshments!

Followed by a stroll through Chinatown toward Leicester Square.
