Mothering Sunday a.k.a. Mother's Day

Mother's Day in the U.K. is celebrated in April, not May, as in the United States.  I tried to lobby my family into celebrating it twice, but they just didn't go for that! Darn!

The Mother's Day tea towel made by Olivia and the other students in her class. The kids created the artwork and the school had them printed on tea towels!

The girls made a really awesome, gluten free breakfast for me. I am not sure if it was the muffins or the pancakes that I was supposed to want the hot sauce for! :)
